How To Make An Ice Cream Cake
I am going to school as a Baking and Pastry major. Before I started school something I always loved to make was ice cream cake. Most people think this is a hard task, even though it is time consuming it is not hard to accomplish. It’s based on 3 steps. Make the cake, prepare the ice cream, and assemble the cake. Now add the dry ingredients you mixed earlier into the sugar combination. Last pour in ½ a cup of milk and continue to mix until it is thoroughly incorporated. Divide the mixture into the two prepared cake pans. When you place the pans in the oven make sure they are spaced at least 2 inches away from each other. The cakes should bake about 25 minutes. When the cakes are done let me fully cool off before messing with them. While the cakes cool off it is time to move...
