How to Make an Ice Cream Cake
How To Make An Ice Cream Cake
I am going to school as a Baking and Pastry major. Before I started school something I always loved to make was ice cream cake. Most people think this is a hard task, even though it is time consuming it is not hard to accomplish. It’s based on 3 steps. Make the cake, prepare the ice cream, and assemble the cake. You can basically choose any type of cake and ice cream you want. I have made many kinds such as chocolate cake with mint chocolate chip ice cream, vanilla cake with cookies and cream ice cream, and strawberry cake with butter pecan ice cream. I’m going to explain the process of making a simple yellow neopolitan ice cream cake. You also need to choose what size of cake you want to make. I’m going to make a 9 inch cake. You will need 3 cake pans of the size you choose. The first step is baking the cake. You can choose to either buy a package of cake mix, or to make your own cake. First you need to preheat the oven. Most cakes call for 350 degrees. Now get two of your pans out and butter, or spray them. To ensure the cakes won’t stick you can always sprinkle some flour on the top of the butter. Now your pans are ready. In order to prepare a cake batter you will need some ingredients. You will need to combine the dry ingredients: 2 cups of flour, ½ a teaspoon of salt, and 2 teaspoons of baking powder. After you’ve finished with the dry ingredients blend together 1 cup of sugar, 3 teaspoons of vanilla, and ½ a cup of butter. Beat in 3 eggs to the sugar combination. Now add the dry ingredients you mixed earlier into the sugar combination. Last pour in ½ a cup of milk and continue to mix until it is thoroughly incorporated. Divide the mixture into the two prepared cake pans. When you place the pans in the oven make sure they are spaced at least 2 inches away from each other. The cakes should bake about 25 minutes. When the cakes are done let me fully cool off before messing with them. While the cakes cool off it is time to move

The things you will need to make your own ice cream are as follows. First, start out with some cups of heavy cream. Two cups is plenty so don’t exceed more than two for each quart of ice cream. Then, you will need one cup of whole milk to mix in. Also, you will need 2/3 of a cup of sugar to sweeten it up. Then, add one teaspoon of vanilla extract to give it a better vanilla flavor. And lastly, a vanilla bean to enhance the taste. That’s all you will need to make the vanilla flavored ice cream. For other flavors you will need to add some other ingredients to change the taste.…

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. Butter and flour an 8inch square pan. In a mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, beat the eggs at medium speed until fluffy and light yellow. Add both sugars. Add remaining ingredients, and mix to combine. Pour the batter into a greased and floured 8inch square pan and bake for 45 minutes. Check for doneness with the triedandtrue toothpick method: a toothpick inserted into the center of the pan should come out clean. When it's done, remove to a rack to cool. Resist the temptation to cut into it…

The first thing to do is to round up all the needed ingredients. You’ll need about 2 ¼ cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, a teaspoon of salt, 2 sticks of butter that are softened, 3/4 cups of granulated sugar, ¾ cups of packed brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 2 large eggs, and a bag of Nestle Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, which I prefer. Then you’ll have to dig up a 15 x 10-inch jelly-roll pan, a small mixing bowl, a large mixing bowl, a hand-mixer, and a can of Pam to spray your pan. Once you have the ingredients and the pan is prepared, it’s time to preheat the oven to 375 degrees.…

There are nine easy steps to make a delicious ice cream. First one is to get a large bowl and pour warm water in it. Add one teaspoon of unflavored gelatin and blend it very well with your balloon stainless steel whisk. You’ll need two cups of fresh milk. Mix one cup together with a quarter cup of sweet honey. By this time, you can now sense the aroma of the honey spreading the area. The next step is to put the rest of the fresh milk along with a cup of evaporated milk, and mix it again. Once you’re done, put the contents in the freezing compartment of your refrigerator. Leave it in the freezer for two hours or until it is very hard. Might as well relax or watch television with your favorite show in the mean time. After your break, put it out and beat the mixture with a whisk, again, to make it soft and frothy. Mix the nuts and stir it lightly. You may use fruits if you prefer a healthier diet. And put it again in the freezer and leave it there for another two hours. Once it is frozen, take the ice cream out and serve it to your family or friends.…
