How to Improve Your School
Did you ever feel that your school is not the best it could be? Do you want to do something about it? Grab some friends and let's get going!

Steps
1.
1
Talk to someone. Talk to your school administrators, the PTA or PTO that represents your school, civic organisations, and other groups that have to give you permission, or groups that can offer resources for your efforts.

2.
2
Add a garden. A garden is a great way to get some plants to serve at lunch or give to a charity. That will make your school more helpful, and might win your school awards. They will greatly reward you if the school wins an award. Your school might not give awards out though.
3.
3
Take pride in what you're doing! If you're afraid and always in the corner, you're going to have to change a bit. You are going to need a clipboard to look official and organised. A binder isn't needed, neither is having your hair in a bun, but it does make you look more serious. Don't look all slang and be wearing a hat backwards with sagging pants. That will show you don't respect what you do, people will think it's a prank, and the principal will not take your suggestion into consideration.
4.
4
Try to go green with your school. Write a note to your principal, asking for permission to help the school go green. Combine the knowledge you have with Internet research.
5.
5
Make sure that you have volunteers willing to help, and a good reason why you to improve the school. Your principal might be nice enough to give you a committee for it. You can't run a committee solo, though - you need at least a few dedicated people to pitch in.
6.
6
Continue this. Once you have started you must keep going. Before you leave the school, train and teach another trustworthy student. You have just created a tradition. Everyone will praise you for the legacy you have left to the school.
7.
7
Don't be shy. Don't be afraid to go out of your comfort zone. If you have an award show, it's

I on the other hand struggled with making friends, fitting in, and just adjusting to this new class. Caesar was influenced by Cathedral and Multrey to force Pancho Morrison into giving up his bottom bunk as a way of showing dominance and letting “him know who rules”(Cathedral, 77). Similar to how they convinced Caesar I was also convinced by my friend Gabe to bully a Chinese boy named Sam. I don’t blame my friend as much as I blame myself for carrying out all the verbal and physical abuse that we caused him. I can’t remember if I did it to seem cooler in front of Gabe or to show how tough I can be, but all I know is that I would regret it later on. During History class my teacher called out Gabe and me to report to the dean’s office. As we were leaving my teacher held the door open with the look of disgust and shame, I already knew what this was about, considering Sam wasn’t in the room. I was considered one of his better students and he would never look at me the same. The dean didn’t call our parents. Instead he had us apologize to Sam and gave us a warning that if either one of us continued harassing Sam that he would get the cops involved. I could try and play the “I was just a kid” card, but I knew what I was doing just like Caesar did when he assaulted Pancho. Ever since that…

Ever since I was in high I was involved in recycling. In my High School there was a environmentally friendly club and I attended every week. There were recycling bins in every class room and even in the cafeteria. As a group we helped bring awareness to our fellow students teaching them its really simple to reuse, reduce, and recycle. We recycled about 7 tons of paper a week and each ton you recycle equals out to seventeen trees. I have just been so interested and in tune with mother nature that we have grown to be come one. At Asnuntuck I don’t feel or see a lot of the green lifestyle going on. This is my doubts about the school are starting from. I have been thinking about how I could liven the place around here. I notice a lot of students just passing by each other in the halls with no recognition towards each other. I’m looking for a way to help bring my fellow people together for a good cause and coming together to help out the environment is something wonderful.…

Imagine, kids being better of for scholarships and going into college with a plan because they had more opportunities with more classes. Classes are far more interactive and easier to teach because classes have fewer students. Teachers jobs become much easier to handle because they don’t have to teach 5 different classes. All of this would be fixed by hiring more teaching staff for East Jordan High School. EJHMS can be improved by hiring more teaching staff, but only if you as a board member of EJHMS can help. There are many solutions to this dilemma. Put Mrs. Cardwell on full time to make classes smaller and give her room for another elective. Hire a teacher that is qualified to teach Honors/AP Sciences and Maths and elective having to do with those subjects. Hire another English teachers to free up English schedules, make them able to teach more of one kind of class and offer more electives such as speech. As a member of the school board, it is your job to make this institution the best that you can. To make this school better educationally, you must hire more teaching staff. Improve this school educationally by hiring more people to help with education. Help our students to be better off for their futures by hiring even more staff to give the students a better education and make them better prepared for their lives. As I went to all my classes I met new people. I started to make more and more friends as the day went on. I learned a lot from the teachers like I had to have all of my materials with me at all times. Pencils, pens, a novel, and the supplies need for class. “It’s too much for me to remember! I hate it!” my friend told me once in the hallway. “It’s not like it’s harmful, it makes us more responsible. I like it to be honest.” I answered her. I learned the rules for every class and tried to remember it all. I learned to walk to the right in the hallways at all times, to make sure I have a pencil case with at least three pencils, there is a lot more but I want to keep this story rolling! The teachers have to be treated with plenty of respect. They have so many kids in every class. It’s hard for them to keep up with everyone and they need to keep an eye out for some of the kids. Each and every class is magnificent and I’m sad as a hungry grasshopper to think that I’ll be leaving their classes and start 7th…
