As the data given by Dr. Bai Lixin, there are huge opportunities during Chinese urbanization. There are going to be 3 billion people move from the country sides to the cities.

How many residences they are going to need? How many furniture they are going to need? How many home appliances? How many articles for daily use? How many public services? The era we live is of a huge opportunity anybody never met before. It is the best period for a company to grow to a century-old company. If the company can’t succeed in this best period, they won’t be able to succeed in any other eras.

But what should a company do with this opportunity?

The slogan of “Bigger and Stronger” is very familiar with us as it has been mentioned so many times by others. But bigger and stronger is only the foundation of a company.

Do the Right and Long thing is an important task for any company. It was easy for a company to grow bigger and stronger, but it was hard for them to last for a long time. However, if the company wants to last for a long time or even become a century-old company, what she need to do is doing the right thing.

It is extremely difficult for a company to do right thing in a complex and diverse society like now. There are hundreds of new methods and challenges every day, how to identify what is right or wrong in complicated situation?

Enron was a good example which had been Bigger and Stronger, but no last wrong and did the wrong things.

Enron Corporation was an American energy, commodities, and Services Company based in Houston, Texas. Before its bankruptcy on December 2, 2001, Enron employed approximately 20,000 staff and was one of the world's leading electricity, natural gas, communications, and pulp and paper companies, with claimed revenues of nearly $101 billion in 2000. However, what Enron did was wrong, so Enron fell bankruptcy very soon.

The question is: If you stayed in Enron during its booming, how can you identify what was right or wrong?

Why we don’t know what is right?
The reason why is hard to do the right thing is that we don’t know what is right any more.

This is not a joke. The well-educated population is larger than any other time before. The adult illiteracy rate in China is less than 9% now. But people are more and more difficult to identify what is right.

We accept more and more education in sciences and arts, or politics. But we accept no Oracle Education since Qing dynasty ended. It has been about one hundred years. We are lack of 4 generations of Sages education. Oracle...
