This happened in ITE conference room. 5 different sponsorships from different companies came together to sponsor for an event in ITE College Central.
Before this happened, the ITE Event’s Manager is waiting at the Customer Service Centre to fetch the four sponsorship and lead them to the conference room.
Introduction:
Anson: Hi, I am Anson Tan. I am the Event Manager of ITE and I am also the in charge of the inter-class games you will be sponsoring for.

Eileen: How are you? I am Eileen Tan, the Manager of Fly high Company.
Kayen: Hi, I’m Kayen Leong. The Manager of Nike.
Yan Lin: Hi, I’m Tan Yan Lin. The Manager of Adidas Company.
Ashley: Hi, I’m Ashley Yu. The Manager of First Win Company.
Anson: Now that we are all here, shall we commence the meeting?

Anson: Thanks for making time for this meeting. Well, this event is basically about building up teamwork and more bonding between each class. So, we want to build their team work and bonding between each class by planning a interclass sports games. May I know what can you guys sponsor in your company?
Eileen: Our company would like to sponsor food and drinks for your students. What kind of food and drinks would you guys prefer?
Anson: What food and drinks would you think that it’s suitable for this event?
Eileen: Well, do you want the food to be served during the games or after the games?
Anson: We would like the food to be served after the games.
Eileen: If it’s after the games, I would suggest buffet for the food and 100 plus or H-TWO-O for the drinks.
