How music has affect my life
Three Ways Music Affects My Life Music has always been a huge factor in my life. Not only does it serve as one of my greatest influences in the world, but it also defines who I am as a human being. It has helped mold me into the kind of person that I am today, as well as the kind of person that I strive to become in the future. Three ways music affects my life are it gives me the strength to achieve my goals, it enables me to express myself through the emotions that I am feeling, and it calms me when I am stressed. Music makes me believe that I have the power to change the fate of our world. I feel if everyone listened to the same music as I do the world would be a better place. Most people will set goals and never achieve them, but when I set goals I set them to my favorite song so I will never forget to achieve them. I love to listen to songs that are meaningful. Meaningful songs make me ponder over what kind of person I want to be, and what kind of purpose I have in this world. When I have a goal set to work out, I always turn my MP3 player on shuffle and just go on a run. Listening to music while your working out helps stimulate your inner core and it gives your mind that edge it needs to perform a task or objective. Music helps inform people surrounding me what kind of mood I am in. If I am happy I listen to pop or rock music. When I am happy I like to listen to music that makes me laugh and dance. My friends and I love riding in the car with the windows down singing out loud to our favorite songs. It is not only fun to sing out loud with other people but it is also good for the soul. When I am going through heartbreak I listen to country music because most songs are down to earth and have a sentimental melody. Country music is not only for heartbreaks though; some songs are great for square dancing or even having a bonfire with your friends. Sometimes in my life, I just feel a rush of emotions sweeping through my mind, and I do not know how to

Dick Clark once said, ¨Music is the soundtrack of your life.¨ Music is one of the most powerful and influential things in my life. Without the melodies and harmonies of music, my life would feel bland and meaningless. I have a very busy schedule and sometimes it is too easy to lose meaning in my everyday tasks, but with music I am able to keep meaning in my life. I use music to get me through the activities of my everyday life. Whether it is cleaning my room, doing homework, or just relaxing, music makes everything better. I think that music can convey feelings and emotions extraordinarily well. When words cannot do the job, music can. Along with that, I think that music accompanies memories very well also. Going back to Dick Clark’s quote, I think I would be able to make a timeline of my life just using song titles, albums, and…

As a little girl I wanted to be just like Hannah Montana. As I got older, I wanted to be like Rachel Berry, a small town girl living out a big town dream. I wanted to be looked up to because of my musical talent. Walking into Mrs. Kaiser's 7th hour, 8th grade band, I didn't know that music would have such an impact in my life. Music has become the spark of my intellectual curiosity. There are millions of combinations of key signatures, chords, melodies and rhythm in the world of music just waiting to become attached to a sheet of staff lines and spaces. Ever since my first experience with music in the fourth grade, my mind began to explore all these combinations of problems. Music helped me with math, english and gave me a place to escape when I was put into undesirable situations. In Middle…

How much homework I am able to get done and whether or not I finish assignments on time is dependent on sports games and practice times. That would be the downside of sports influential power on school. The positive influence sports have on my high school grades and learning process include keeping my grades up in order to be able to play those sports. Music can influence your mood and how you feel about a situation. For example, in horror movies they will play creepy music that makes you feel the need to be scared and go through suspense. Music influences people in different ways, for me it influenced my life by allowing me to realize that I can express myself through other people’s words. For instance, when I started seventh grade I heard a song called “My Little Girl” by Tim McGraw. At first, when I heard this song I started to cry because I automatically heard my Dad’s voice apologizing for what happened. This song has influenced my life because it was always there for me when I needed a father’s reassurance. Music has always been there for me when no one was or when I needed advice to keep going. Music allows people to put their experiences in a song that makes sense to them. Music comes in different genres but they do the same thing, allow people to express themselves when it is hard for them to do that on their…
