How many Kinds of Superfine Classifier Equipment are?
Dry ultrafine classification equipment widely used in super fine crushing.Such equipment mainly include centrifugal classification and grading of inertia two types, the grading principle has a certain difference. The most common free cyclone and rotor type (turbine) air classifier. Here introduces four kinds of dry ultrafine classification equipment.

The main Superfine classifier equipments are in the following:

1) free vortex type centrifugal classifier Although free vortex type centrifugal classifier structure is simple, but the basic can meet the requirements of ultrafine classification. The machine air inlet velocity is 10 ~ 18 m/s, the resistance loss of 100 ~ 400 mpa, part of the classification efficiency can reach 95%, cutting size can be up to about 2 um.

2) half free vortex type centrifugal classifierSuch as classifier, the DS, for classifying powders by imported into the classification in the room, in the encounter with secondary air, forming eddy current.Under the effect of centrifugal force of gravity and eddy current, the coarse particle, because of the large centrifugal force of a settlement to the wall near the separation from the classification, and sinks down to the bottom meal exports, fine particles is being exhausted from port fine powder.

3) forced vortex type centrifugal classifierForced vortex type centrifugal classifier has two kinds: grading type centrifugal classifier, the blade back to transition back to the transformation of centrifugal classifier.Grading type transformation back indoor with the stator and rotor of the centrifugal classifier. The rotor is composed of upper and lower cover plate and the meantime blade, blade along the radial radiated, outer rotor and stator gap about 1 mm.It's cutting size is 0.5 ~ 60 um, grading granularity of d75 / d25 = 1.3 ~ 1.6, sizing effect is ideal.Ultrafine classifier of the transformation of blade back to main parts include the fuselage and grade of grading rotor, blade adjustable gap

Centrifuge is a device in which solid or liquid particles of different densities are separated by rotating them in a tube in a horizontal circle. The dense particles tend to move along the length of the tube to a greater radius of rotation, displacing the lighter particles to the other end. English military engineer Benjamin Robins (1707-1751) invented a whirling arm apparatus to determine drag. In 1864, Antonin Prandl invented the first dairy centrifuge in order to separate cream from milk. And in 1879, Gustaf de Laval demonstrated the first continuous centrifugal separator, making its commercial application feasible. Using high pressure steam in a turbine that had oil-fed bearings meant…

Summary of Procedures: There are three sections of this experiment for section A, a regularly shaped object was obtained and the volume and mass was calculated to find the density of the regularly shaped object. In the second part of section A, sample of metal pellets were obtain and asked to find the density of the pallets. The metal pellets were weighed to calculate the mass. Using the graduated cylinder, 50mL were approximately added to the graduated cylinder. The pellets were then added into the graduated cylinder and to get the volume of the pellets by subtracting the volume of the water and the pellets by the volume of just the water itself. For the 2nd part of this experiment part B a 25 mL cylinder was used the empty cylinder was weighed on the electronic beam balance then 23.0 mL’s of distilled water was added and weighed again to calculate the mass of the water as well as the density was calculated. The same process was performed to calculate the density of an unknown substance. The third part Section C 5-25% of sodium chloride was prepared by the instructor. For each percent concentration of sodium chloride a 25 mL was prepared. Weighing the graduated cylinder before and after the sodium chloride was transferred the density were calculation.…

A rotorcraft’s fuselage or structure must be strong and light weight while its flight controls agile and reliable. The type of rotor system designed is very important as well. There are two types commonly found on rotary-wing aircraft today. They are a fully articulated or semi-rigid under slung see saw type rotor system. Both have their own advantages and dis-advantages over the other. The fully articulated rotor system is complex by design, it has excellent control authority in the pitch and roll axis. It also typically has more than two rotor blades which reduces sound signature and increases control authority in the pitch and roll axis controlled by the cyclic due to its solidity ratio. The semi-rigid rotor system is a much simpler design thus, it cost significantly less to maintain but control authority in the pitch and roll axis is sluggish compared to the fully articulated rotor system due to its lower solidity ratio.…

    CYCLONE

A cyclone collector can be defined as a structure without moving parts in which the velocity of an inlet gas stream is transformed into a confined vortex from which centrifugal forces tend to drive the suspended particles to the wall of of the cyclone body. It consists of vertically placed cylinders which has an inverted cone attached to its base. The particulate-laden gas stream enters tangentially at the inlet point into the cylinder. The outlet pipe for the purified gas is a central cylindrical opening at the top. The dust particulates are collected at the bottom in a storage hopper. The gas path generally follows a double vortex (Tse Hung,2012). The gas is first allowed to flow through a light circular spiral which produces centrifugal force on the suspended particles which in turn are forced to move upwards at the central portion of the cyclone. Because of inertia, the dust particles tend to settle on the surface of the cyclone wall, from where they are collected in receivers (Sharma,2007).…

Particulate control. Methods for particulate control tend to operate on a common principle. The solid particles are separated from the gases in which they are contained by physical procedures such as passage through a settling chamber. A settling chamber is a long, wide pipe through which gases from a manufacturing process are allowed to flow. As these gases slow down in the pipe, the solid particles settle out. They can then be removed from the bottom of the pipe.…
