How does eating right and exercise help individuals perform at their highest potential?

Food is what fuels our bodies and gives us energy; so in order to live a more productive lifestyle, we must make very wise choices about what we put in our mouths. Nowadays, most people live such busy lives that they don’t really pay much attention to what they eat. Fueling your body with processed foods, fast food, sugar, fat, and calorie-dense food affects who you are, what you do, and your ability to pursue your dreams and aspirations. Then there’s exercise, another key element for living a healthier lifestyle. Exercise makes us feel energized, sharpens our brain, and enhances our ability to concentrate, learn, and think creatively. Not only does it make us feel better physically, but is also motivates us. Imagine is you mixed a nutritious diet with constant exercise. These two things together will highly improve many aspects of your life; you will look and feel better about yourself, and make you a much more productive person. Having a healthy diet has so many benefits, physically and mentally, like for example: 1. When you eat healthy, you have more energy. This will allow you to be a much more active person, and accomplish more tasks. You will have a more positive attitude in life, which will help out your physical, emotional, and mental state of mind. 2. Eating healthy also allows us to be more productive at home and at work. You will not have as many sick days at work, thus making you a more productive employee (increasing your chances of getting hired, or a promotion) 3. Another great benefit of a healthy diet is that it makes us look and feel better, and have a much more positive outlook on life. It will reduce anxiety and stress, and alleviate and lessen the chances of depression or getting depressed all the time, because you are feeling good about yourself and have a more positive state of mind. 4.
