How Airasia websites work
In order for websites to appear on the internet and be accessible to the users of the worldwide web several components must be presents, including these three major elements:
1- Domain name: must have a domain name, this is the address where website is located for people to visit. Most people and business register their own domain name such asmyfamily.com or mybusiness.net, etc. or purchase existing domain names from current owners. Domain names are unique and are purchased and registered through ICAAN registrars on yearly basis.
We can help you to register your own domain name and/or purchase an existing domain name. Domain names ends with different types of extensions such as the internationally recognized .com and .net; however, there are also other extensions including those country-specific such as .us, .ae, .in, etc. and which in our example identify USA, the Emirates, and India. The top and most commercially and globally domain name extension is .com
2- Design a webpage
You also must design a webpage or a website (a website is a collection of web pages) in a format consistent with the type of server to be used to host your domain.
There are plenty of available options to design a webpage. The design can vary from very simple to to highly complicated, and that will depends on the type, purpose, and objective of your website. A personal site that is used to host files, pictures, music, chat, and blog is considered a basic design that involves no or very little technical expertise given that it can be done using programs such as Microsoft word, publisher, FrontPage, and many other commonly used software.
