Thank you for considering Tower Regency Hotel & Apartments, Ipoh as the venue for your forthcoming function. Further to our telephone conversation / earlier discussion, I am pleased to propose the following arrangements for your kind consideration. Details are as follows:-

Type of Function: Dinner

No. of person: 120 persons

Date and Day: 10 July 2010 ( Saturday)

Venue: Cinnamon Hall Level 6 (Waiting list)

Time: 6.30pm – 10.30mn

Room Set Up: Round table of 10 pax per table
1 x VIP table of 10 pax
1 x White screen
1 x Registration table with (2) chairs at the entrance.
1 x Rostrum with mike with P.A. systems.
Standard backdrop and signage.

Function space is reserved for the time indicated. Please advise us in advance should additional set up/ tear down time be required or any program revision be anticipated in order for an appropriate space to be made available. The hotel reserves the right to reassign function space whenever the need may arise.

Signboard:Kindly advise the signage to be displayed at the hotel lobby.

Backdrop:We are pleased to accord complimentary standard backdrop wordings up to a maximum of 30 letters. A charge of RM 2.00 nett is applicable for every additional letter. Logos are chargeable depending on complexity. Promotional materials and display are not allowed to be posted, tacked, nailed, screwed or attached to columns, walls floor or other parts of the building furniture. Usage of permanent markers and double sided tapes are also not allowed in any of the meeting rooms. The organizer shall be responsible for all damages, breakages and the cleaning of all materials and displays.
