1. INTRODUCTION

In this assignment I will be looking at different laws that all have a very big influence on the Food and Beverage Industry. It is important for all mangers, not only those of a restaurant, to know these laws and consist of the necessary knowledge to be a good manager. I also compiled an example of an advertisement for a restaurant manager. Some of the laws I will be discussing include: The Consumer Protection Act, The Liquor Act, The Business Act and The National Health Act.
