In society today, many controversies over homosexuality have been proposed

and argued. Is homo sexuality genetic, or a choice? Is homosexuality wrong or right? Many would argue that one who practices homosexuality but claims to be a Christian would be damned to hell for their lifestyle. Others would argue that those who practice it would still promised a home in heaven like other Christians. Some believe there is nothing morally wrong with being a homosexual; that love is love if it is between two males, or females, or between a man and a woman. People will argue that there is no choice in being a homosexual; that it is “a genetic marker on the X chromosome(Malory),” or that homosexuality is a result of a hormonal imbalance in the brain(Deem). The other side of the argument states that homosexuality is a choice one makes. Homosexuality is a sin, and homosexuality is morally wrong. This argument consists of various standards that it could be argued upon. Some would argue scientific facts, some would argue with nonsense facts just to prove their argument, some would lean towards an argument concerning ethos logic to convince people their side of the argument. But on the biblical, and religious standards, is the practice of homosexuality wrong? The Bible in Leviticus chapter eighteen, verse twenty-two, “having sex with another man as with a woman. It is a detestable sin,” as a firm believer in the Bible, this would be the true answer to this argument.
