Full responsibilities for all corporate marketing efforts including strategy, execution & performance of media communications, web analytics, the development and optimization of marketing programs intended to drive revenue and sales.
Maintain a successful marketing plan to optimize our world class hospitality services and continue to maximizing sales. Collaborate with internal business groups to effectively execute umbrella business strategies for all departments. Work closely with internal and external resources in the development and execution of marketing strategies. Create, execute and report on promotion programs for optimization of services. Oversee the upgrading of past marketing efforts and identify the media that had the biggest response: online, print, billboard advertisements, travel blogs, or social media. Communicate frequently with Branding and Creative Departments to constantly improve appearance, content, and navigation throughout all our international websites. Supervise and maintain material used on website to promote consumer confidence and company credibility. Implement strategies to drive traffic to internet sites through, search engines, keywords, banner placements and other appropriate placements. Manage the copyrighting function to ensure proper detailed attribute descriptions, and legal representation of our worldwide brands. Hold regular meetings with Sales for updated information on sales, trends, availability of promotion offers. Build business by digital word of mouth marketing, consumer awareness, and promotions. Oversee online marketing – budget, justification and team management. Drive overall promotional messaging and creative onsite and through cooperation. Work with the business development group to improve performance vision. Set, document, and uphold all department standards and procedures.
