The way I live a healthy lifestyle. There a lot of ways to make a good choice. In my paper, I’m going to explain the way that I do it in my life. So I hope who read this enjoy the way a healthy choice is good for you.
Exercise is a very good way to keep healthy and your body in shape. I work out everyday for an hour, but doctors say it ok to work out for only two times a week is just as good. There is a lot of ways to exercise like walking, running, push up, sit up, and free weight. They are all very good ways to keep you in shape and healthy.
The number one way to keep your body healthy is to make sure your eating the right food. So make sure you stay away from food that is bad for you. There is junk food like candy, pop, salty chips, and rock stars drinks. Food that has a lot of fat, salt, and sugar is not good for you. So stay away from the junk food and have a salad.
Another thing is to have some fruit and vegetables everyday. They are a good way to balance your diet. One way is to follow the six basic food groups. And they are wheat, vegetables, fruits, milk products, lean meats, and nuts. Then you’re on your way to a healthy start.
Smoking is one way to not keep your body healthy. Smoking is the number one cause of lung cancer. Doctor says that cigarettes can take years from your life and turn your lungs black and could kill your lungs. So smoking is not very healthy for your body, so if you want to stay healthy don’t smoke and you’re better for it.
Drinking of alcohol is also very unhealthy for you. It destroys your liver and can cause heart attacks. Alcohol is very fatty and can make you overweight and give you a beer belly. So don’t over do on the drinking of a lot of alcohol, which can cause you to have a car accident or death. So don’t drink and drive and you will be ok.
