Another factor of living a healthy lifestyle is doing exercise. It is proved that regular exercises reduces the risk of heart disease, improve blood pressure and it is the best way of burning the excess of the fats of our body. Just making exercises for 20 minutes three times a week or taking a 30-minute-walk every day, as a result, you will start to feel better as long as you keep it regular.
In addition to do exercise and take a healthy diet, sleeping enough hours, trying to keep away from stress and keeping a positive attitude is also very important. The hours of sleep should be between seven and nine hours. Once you have reached a state of balance among these suggestions, you will feel much better physically, and even mentally.
