Healthy food
Food, from the ancient times to modern age, has always been an important part of human life. Man can not live without it, because it is the basic need of human being. In this modern age, food has become very easy to prepare with the help of technology, and it takes less time to prepare a variety of food than it took in the past. One can easily buy preprocessed food from the market and it saves time. Unfortunately, these canned foods should not replace the healthy food. Healthy food is essential for human being, because it has basic effects on people's life and their behavior.

Healthy food is very important to have a good life and a better communication for many reasons. First of all, people who eat healthy food, they have the ability to do hard work. Second, if a person eats food which has vitamins, proteins, iron and other important nutrients, then he will be free from diseases, and he can enjoy his life. Moreover, everyone definitely likes to meet those who have a good health, so a person who is healthy, he has friends. For example, a person who looks weak and does not live healthy lifestyle will feel lonely, and he will not be happy. Finally, a good mind can be developed if people eat healthy food, and this is necessary for children. Therefore, if you want good looking, intelligent mind and make friends, you should eat healthy food.

Besides having a good life and communication for people at any age, healthy food is the perfect kind of food for children in many ways. First of all, it is very necessary for proper growth and development throughout childhood. Parents can offer a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, whole grains and healthy proteins to make sure that their kids get the nutrients they need to be equal with every physical level of their life. Second, children who eat a healthy, balanced food are less likely to suffer from harmful diseases such as over fatness. Third, healthy diet can increase children's brain power and make them smarter. In addition, Kids' brains are developing at an amazing rate all through childhood and specific nutrients which are found in healthy foods help this development happens. On the other hand, unhealthy eating for even a short time can affect children's physical and mental performance. For example, children suffer from poorer concentration and memory on days they miss breakfast than on days they eat something in the morning. Also, unhealthy eating can cause behavioral problems, because high amounts of sugar and fat in a meal can affect the developing of hormonal systems badly and bring problems like tiredness, weakness and exhausting. In other words, children need to eat healthy food in order to have a normal life.

Besides the advantages of healthy food for children, the benefits of eating a healthy food are also varied and many for adults too. First of all, people who eat healthy foods tend to have lower blood pressure than others who eat overly processed foods. Second, if you eat whole and fresh foods and keep your sodium intake to less than one thousand and a half mg per day, you have a better chance of maintaining healthy blood flow in your arteries. Third, a diet of healthy foods which contains vitamins, protein, and the whole benefits things helps your body to low levels of bad cholesterol. Fourth, healthy food helps you to get a long life with a good physical condition. For example, when you choose healthy foods that are low in fat, sodium and cholesterol and are nutrient dense with essential vitamins, you are doing your best to keep your body working efficiently. Also, people who eat healthy food have a lower risk of cancer, diabetes, stroke and heart diseases. Finally, People who eat a balanced, varied, low-calorie diet have an easier time preventing over weight and maintaining a healthy weight. In brief, every person want to have all of the previous advantages, he ought to keep eating healthy and green foods....
