Healthy Breakfast
Healthy breakfast

This is an incredible way to clean the body and increase your metabolism. It is simple to make, healthy and helps with weight loss.

Why is this morning meal so important?

Researches have shown that the digestive system is strong between seven and eleven in the early hours.
For years we have been hearing how important it is to eat breakfast when you wake up. Though the first meal of the day is important, it should not be a big meal.
The body produces much of its needed digestive juices in the morning. If you indulge in a large breakfast, most of those digestive juices will be used up even before lunch time, leaving little left that we need for the rest of the day.

A healthy breakfast should start with the following:

1. Drink a morning beverage that has ingredients to clean and help the body detoxify. This helps kick start the liver and the production of digestive juices. Of course it is known that when the functioning of liver improves, we can increase our metabolism which helps with weight loss.
2. Provide your body with water rich healthy foods that are filled with nutrients and are easily digested. Faster digestion also helps the liver and the body to stay clean and nutrients are more readily absorbed. Combination of food offers information on how to create faster digestion that facilitates weight loss.

Your Morning Beverage

Take a glass of filtered or mineral water (Luke warm water is always preferred), add the juice of half freshly squeezed lemon.
Add a pinch of pepper and ginger. These two are highly beneficial and removes cold or cough.
If you wish to sweeten the juice, add honey which has health benefits. Never add sugar directly.
Wait for 15 minutes so that this beverage helps your body detoxify a little longer.

Why Lemon Water?

Water hydrates us, helps carry nutrients, detoxifies the body, and increases your metabolic rate. It also plays a huge role in weight loss and is necessary for the body to run
