Health is one of the most fundamental, and sometimes most neglected, elements of our being.

Nowadays, lots of people give extra effort making money, doing action just to pleasure them, keep being busy and not even noticing that they also forget eating, and drinking, funny but that is what is commonly happening with lots of people around us.
Health is the level of functional or metabolic efficiency of a living organism. In humans, it is the general condition of a person's mind and body, usually meaning to be free from illness, injury or pain (as in "good health" or "healthy"). As defined by World Health Organization (WHO), it is a "State of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity." Health is a dynamic condition resulting from a body's constant adjustment and adaptation in response to stresses and changes in the environment for maintaining an inner equilibrium called homeostasis.
If we are going to think of what is important in this world we can say that it is not how many times we go abroad, how many times we ate delicious foods or delicacy, how we enjoy games and how we earn money but how we take good care of our health. Have you ever tried to examine yourself while you were eating? Are you really a person who just eats without thinking if it is balanced and a right diet? If not, you are one of those millions of people who neglect the importance of having a good health.
Even if you are in the best shape of your life, still it is important to know that we cannot buy good health. In fact, lot of wealthy person do not have a good health they just keep on spending money without any assurance that they will be able to get the health they want. Why?
