Happiness is coming back to be seen as a core element of health and welfare, with the rising notion that a happier person could be a healthier person and, in turn, a healthier person could be a happier person. As health has come back to be viewed in a holistic method, with each mind and body taken into consideration, happiness has been obtaining sunray into the thought of health and welfare. In “Health and Happiness,” Putnam argues that, “The more integrated we are to experience colds, heart attacks, strokes, cancer, depression, and premature death of all sorts.” Although we all might feel that we don’t need one another, being together as a community will build strength and help us in the long run. Happiness is coming back to be seen as a core element of health and wellness, with the rising notion that a happier person may be a healthier person—and, in turn, a healthier person may be a happier person. The pursuit of happiness is an old human quest, as is that the pursuit of higher health. However within the trendy age, we’ve attended see these goals as distinct, not tangled.
