Having an interactive and informative website can be one step towards reaching supreme height in tourism
Abstract
Bangladesh is a land of beauty. Though so many attractive tourist spots are there, due to lack of information, communication, accommodation, security-tourism in Bangladesh are yet to unveil. Proper information, infrastructure (hotels, motels, rent-a-car etc.), events for the tourists at special occasion can promote Bangladesh tourism. To get all the information in an easy and miniature form, an interactive and informative website will be very much helpful for the tourists those who want to travel throughout the country within their budget. The general purpose of my study was to determine the key factors of promoting the tourism sector in Bangladesh and to get an overall knowledge about the sector. In my research, tried to find out whether an interactive and informative website can solve the problem or not, which was my specific objective.
Introduction
In the current business world, tourism sector has become one of the most promising one. For a long time, tourism business in Bangladesh has been kept undiscovered due to the fact like improper infrastructure, lacking of information etc. In the last couple of years surprisingly the infrastructure has been developed rapidly – required tourist support facilities are at a great standard now. Because of current facilities & being the member of modern community, Bangladeshi people have developed the culture of going on tour, which has made the Bangladeshi tourism business most emerging.
Travelling is the most interesting and enjoyable recreation. Agreeing to this concept many countries have developed their tourism sector so much that it has become their main source of national income. We don't need to go too far to get an example because Malaysia is very near to us. It has shown unbelievable progress and promise in tourism sector in the last few years.
