I. OBJECTIVES
To become a good leader or manager, you are required to get many skills such as listening skill, effective communication skill or conflict handling skill. In fact, in each organization, it is inevitable that the conflict can be occurred even if the managers like or not. In this report, I will show my understanding about conflict handling which is one of the important skills that a good leader or manager needs to have. Also, through this report, I have a chance to find and analyze a real case study. Therefore, it is no doubt that I will understand deeply the theories I already studied and find out the precious lesson from the case study.

II. CONFLICT HANDLING
1. Definition of Conflict
“Conflicts happen when two or more people or groups have or think they have incompatible goal” (Paul Stephenson, Tearfund 2004). Though many people think that conflict will ruin the relationship or harm to the organization process, conflict, in fact, can bring the justice and make things clear when two or more people cannot archive a common decision. The main problem is that how we react and face the conflicts. 2. Causes of conflicts

Conflict is concerned with difference. Therefore, conflicts can be arose in three main reasons • Difference in objectives or aims
