Objectives:
To research two lifetime individual sports or activities and break down the components of teaching and participating each sport or activity.

Student To Do List
Read the document "Module Checklist"
(hint: you are here - it might be helpful to print this page!)
To begin, you will need to select two (2) lifetime activities.
You will need to select three (3) skills that you wish to learn and demonstrate for each activity.
Submit these in the “Dropbox: Topics” by the deadline. The file shall be brief.
Example:
Tennis: forehand, serve, lob
Swimming: freestyle, breast stroke, back stroke
You will then have until the next deadline to complete these projects. These Powerpoint slides are too large for a Dropbox, so you will submit them on CD, DVD, Flash drive, or other media to your teacher. More samples will be made available.
