Summer Training Report

The students of P.G.D.M/M.B.A III Semester are required to submit their Summer Training/Project Report strictly in accordance with the guidelines stated below. Reports not confirming to the standards mentioned below, will be rejected by the Institute. Compile and draft the project report and get it approved by your faculty in charge before binding. The project report should be unique with respect to title, project content and project layout. No two project report of any students should be identical, in any case, as this may lead to the cancellation of your project report by the Institute.

1. General Instructions:

1.1 Number of pages:
    • Minimum 60 pages
    • Maximum 100 pages

1.2 Typing instructions:

1.2.1 Border Indents-
    • Top, Bottom & Right – 1 Inch
    • Left – 1.5 Inch

1.2.2 Page Numbering – Bottom centered

1.2.3 Font Type – Times New Roman only

1.2.4 Font Color – Black only

1.2.5 Font Size – Uniform & Consistent throughout the report
    • Chapter Heading – 16 (Bold)
    • Titles – 14 (Bold)
    • Normal Text – 12 (Regular)

1.2.6 Line Spacing – 1.5

1.2.7 Graphical Presentation – Color / Black & White

1.2.8 Reference Number - Each and every Table / Exhibit / Figure must be assigned its reference number. E.g. – Table 1.1, Fig 1.1, etc.

1.3 Printing instructions:

1.3.1 Paper – Executive Bond, 85 gsm. (Thickness)

1.3.2 First Copy - Original in all respects. (Originally typed with original certi ficate)

1.3.3 Second & Third Copies – Originally printed / photocopy of the FIRST copy.

1.4 Binding instructions:
    • First Copy – Original Project Report – Black binding
    • Second Copy – Photocopy of Original – Black binding
