After finished the teaching and learning process, something can reflect to develop my personally to be a HR professional. For the topic of Occupational choice, the social efficiency can be increased by my job can be best suited for my jobs based on my ability and job motivation. Choosing the job for me to invest a great deal of time, energy and also the money which would be the outcomes for the investment of this process. I really understand my centrality of occupation that can be fitted with my personal identity, status and personal interaction. For learning the Job Evaluation, I can understand how to evaluate the equal pay for work, equal value of work and learn some ordinance for equal pay. I am currently worked as a Human Resources Executive, I can learn a lot between work and society so as to apply in my job.
