Memorandum of Understanding
This Memorandum of Understanding defines the process, content, quality and consequences for a professional writing group project.
* The medium for communication as chosen by the team members will be primarily telephone and email. The group discussion thread will be constituted as secondary communication. * Team members are expected to communicate at a minimum of three times a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) * Team members will be expected to check their email daily and respond within 24 hours to any emails relating to the group project. * The written drafts are to be sent by email to the group leader no later than 8:00 pm on Friday. * The group leader is expected to provide feedback to his team members latest by Saturday noon. Team members should reply back preferably by email no later than 6:00 pm on Saturday. * The group leader is responsible for the final edit and submission before 11:59pm on Sunday.

Member 1 - tasks/responsibilities
* Find an appropriate business entity that will benefit from the solutions offered by Kelly services. * Research on the background of the business so as gather as much information as necessary to present a strong analytical report for the targeted sales letter. Member 2 - tasks/responsibilities
* Research further on the solutions offered by Kelly services. * Tailor a brief informal report on why the targeted business entity will benefit from the solutions offered by Kelly services. * Create a brief memo that indicates how the work was shared by Member 1 and member 2.
Content & Quality
Team members are expected to follow these guidelines to the best of their ability while writing. 1. Write complete sentences unless otherwise instructed or indicated. 2. Use tenses consistently.
