Your paper, due this week, began with a consideration of the macro-processes involved in the supply chain of your organization, or an organization you selected as an exemplar for your study.
 
You then went on to research and consider appropriate forecasting techniques and how these could best be applied to the process of demand management in your organization.
 
The third area you looked at is business process integration and how this could be accomplished most effectively in order to improve performance across the supply chain of your organization.
The journal article "Is Business Process Integration Feasible?" provides a detailed analysis of one organization's experiences in using IT structures to integrate business processes. Evaluate the strategy adopted by the organization and analyze the problems involved in implementation and how they were overcome. Consider the relevance of the conclusions that can be drawn from this case study to other organizations, including your own, in the context of developing a strategy for business process integration.
