Introduction

In this paper, I will be discussing on organization culture between Google Inc. That led the company to success and failures from the individual organization culture. Organization Culture concerns about the social and behavioral qualities of a whole set of thinking shared by individual or a group of people in the organization.

Moving on, Google Inc. was founded by Larry page and Sergey Brin at 1996. After all the years of development and till now Google remains the number one search engine. The Google search engine has continued to grow at a rapid rate since the initial launch in 1998. The augmenting popularity of Google has continued with strong user acceptance worldwide. The culture of the company is more towards role culture as Google is a big company with many offices all around the world and employees of multi nationalities.

GLOBAL CONSUMER PREFRENCES

With worldwide international competition which eliminates companies that fail to adapt .Google Inc. as a top search engine worldwide faces a growing number of competitors. As times when by, consumer tastes and preferences are tend to be similar and come together. Thus, Google Inc. is now a market leader in the search engine compared to Firefox and Yahoo even the though they are also the common search engine in the Internet. The reason behind it is because the mass media, exposure to people from different countries, and marketing strategies.

TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATIONS

Advance technology make communication, information processing, and the transportation technology today’s the large business equipment. It allow vast amount of information to be able to gather at a very low cost. With various innovations in the advertising market it is intended to encourage and amplify technology-based which could benefit populations on a global scale.

MANAGEMENT ACROSS CULTURES

Culture plays a major role in Google Inc. in shaping its employees into a free-stress environment. Google Inc. maintains the open culture where everyone will share all the ideas and opinions they have in mind to any people in the company.   Google employees receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes not only medical and dental coverage, but also a host of other services. For years Google has had a fairly informal product-development system. Teams working on innovative stuff were generally kept small. Such a system worked fairly well while Google was in its infancy. But now that it is a giant with 20,000 employees, the firm risks stifling potential money-spinners with a burgeoning bureaucracy. And also there is a very strong culture of keeping secrets with the outside world but being totally open inside the company.

INTEGRATED ECONOMIC MARKETS

Economic integration is getting more common between group of countries. The objective is to stop the free flow of information, services, labor, and other input of service between nations.
