EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Google, Inc. is a very successful company. It has branched out in many different areas of technology and internet based resources. Dr. Jan Schlegel from Trine University has requested this study to see the economic impact, growth, and overall health of the company.

The conclusion of the financial stability of Google, Inc. is based upon findings within various reputable business websites. The companies own website was also a resource of information.

Analysis of the data revealed in three areas:

* History/Milestones. Google, Inc. was founded in 1999 by two grad students. It has a vast list of major milestones each year to expand and improve its company.

* Employment . Google, Inc. employees are treated with a positive work experiences. They are encouraged to be creative and have the freedom to do so. There are many benefits when working for Google, Inc.

* Current and Projected Income. Google, Inc. revenues are over a billion dollars each year. The company has various sources of income. It has spread its technology in various ways to increase its marketability and be competitive in today’s business world.

On the basis of these findings, it is recommended that Google, Inc. keep the vision for the company constant. The company has many creative and innovative ideas to push ahead into the future.
