The report began with a brief overview of the purpose and cause of preparing it. Next it slides to the information about the backdrop of completing it. It covers almost about all necessary information of the respective topic. As every work has a specific function or purpose hence there is a relevant objective of this report. There are some primary & secondary objectives of the given subject. After this attention should be cast upon the approaches & methods to complete the report. Being amateurs in this was a real challenge for all of us to complete the report but eventually we managed to nail it. It included sorting the type of this report,how many people were involved in the completion of it & how the relevant data were collected. The introductory part ended with the scopes & confinements of the assigned subject. The main segment of the report started with an elaborate overview of Google Inc. incuding the establishment related information,customers they serve,products they produce,mission,vision and social as well as humanitarian works.Then a SWOT analysis of the company has been performed to determine its business stance.A BCG matrix is also shown to fully comprehend the current position of the company.Later it is shown that how robust Google Inc. in its economic & industrial sector and how it is affected in its particular industry economically & financially.An analysis of the problems of the case has been performed later on...
