A good Boss Vs. A Bad Boss In today’s society there is a good boss and a bad boss in every field of work, both have different characteristics and personalities. The way their employees are treated has a huge impact on the employee’s job performance. This is a problem that must be brought out before the world in order to get it under control. A good boss and a bad boss both share different characteristics that impact the way an employee performs on the job. There are thousands of employees in the work field today that work in an environment that consist of ongoing problems that range from being [Doctoral rule (but good advice for any academic writer)--If not a noun (as in "human being"), the word "Being" is hard to imagine; it means "existing." Try to rewrite this without using "being"--with action words like "attending," "working," "living," "experiencing," simply "as"--or even removing "being" completely] harassed by their boss, unfair treatment resulting to being over worked, and being under paid for their efforts. Employees complain about this problem; however, they do not do anything about the problem because they fear of losing their job. If the employees lose their job they will not be able to support their families. This type of behavior effect the employee work performance and their self-esteem.
