A good Boss Vs. A Bad Boss

In today’s society there is a good boss and a bad boss in every field of work, both have different characteristics and personalities. The way their employees are treated has a huge impact on the employee’s job performance. This is a problem that must be brought out before the world in order to get it under control.

A good boss and a bad boss both share different characteristics that impact the way an employee performs on the job. If the employees lose their job they will not be able to support their families. This type of behavior effect the employee work performance and their self-esteem....
