Godrej Good and Green
Vision: Brighter India.
We understand that the Godrej Good and Green is towards betterment of stakeholders of Godrej and for a Greener India, Godrej family has over the years instituted a trust and huge vibrant companies for driving socially relevant initiatives in housing, education, primary health, family planning, skill building , environment conservation and protection.
Its objectives for achieving sustainable growth and playing a part in creating a more inclusive and greener India for both social and business benefits, Godrej has introduced “Godrej Good and Green”.
Godrej Good and Green, by 2020 aspire the below:
1. Create an employable workforce – Train 1 million rural and urban youth in skilled employment
2. Create a greener India – Achieve zero waste, be carbon neutral, have positive water balance and 30% renewable energy
3. Innovate for good and green products – Have a third of our portfolio revenues comprising Good and/or Green products and services
Products of 100% green appliances like refrigerator, and 5star DC Range appliances, and the most famous Godrej’s Chootu kool which was targeted towards the weaker sections, these inventions won Godrej & Boyce Nation energy conservation Award, Godrej Bhawan got the LEED Gold Certification by the US Building Council, the first such building in Mumbai. As an initiative in this space, they have taken step towards reusing discarding materials as a resource for manufacturing.

Prospecting
The prospecting was conducted in multiple stages:
Through Seminars
When the seminars were conducted at Pragati Kendra and at Sion by Bandhan, we helped the candidates who were interested to fill the forms; also we provided them knowledge about the courses which Godrej was providing.
Through Road shows
We have been conducting the road shows to create awareness about the courses and this was our main source for getting candidates. We have been conducting road shows at Parkside
