God’s best teacher: Professor Pain
“Pain is the best teacher next to God…” We may prefer a painless life, but it’s in the fiery trials of life that we grow and learn the most.

We define pain as an unpleasant sensation occurring in varying degrees of severity as a consequence of injury, disease, or emotional disorder, a suffering or distress or s source of annoyance; a nuisance. It is impossible for a human living in this world not to suffer or feel pain in their entire lives. For we are living in a sinful and a world as fragile as a glass, that in a single step, we might break it into pieces and might get hurt. We never know the true meaning of it until we open up our hearts and started having faith in God.
Life is full of twists and turns. As we grow older, we are exposed to more complex matters in our lives. No one on this earth have never felt pain. We prefer to just have the pain taken away and numbing it or doing something to alleviate. But we are blinded by its unpleasant sensation. Pain is a gift. It serves us as a warning whenever we do something that will damage our body or hurt us emotionally. If we wish for pain to disappear, just consider the condition of people with leprosy. The problem with leprosy is that without the awareness of pain because the transmission line is shut down, the body tissue becomes damaged. For example, look at the normal abrasion of skin or a cut. Without the ability to sense the pain one does not pull away from what is causing the damage. If we are numb we will slowly damage our body. Pain also serves as a warning to our body and also to our souls.
Subliminally pain teaches us a great lesson that will change our future and direct our paths to God. Pain is like fire and we are like gold. Fire is needed to purify the gold and precious silver. It is also the same with our lives God uses pain to purify and cleanse our souls from... [continues]
