Goals
Goals and aspirations are the foundation of a successful and fruitful life. For this reason, I have strived to set firm goals for my own life. They continually remind me to keep focused, motivate me to excel, and allow me to maintain a balanced daily life. Without stated and understood goals, it is virtually impossible to be efficient and organized. Additionally, knowing what future goals I have gives me the ability to carry out tasks with confidence and flair. Hence, I have responded to this great need by making specific goals for my career and personal life.
My immediate goals are concerned primarily with career preparation. Currently I work in the real estate industry as an escrow assistant. I ensure all details related to sales transactions are accurate, assist with the processing of all paperwork associated with escrow closings, real estate contracts, deeds, titles, and closing statements. Plus, I usually help audit closed files. I plan to continue working hard and learning from my escrow officer so that one day I will be prepared to be an officer myself and facilitate the sale of property by receiving, holding, and transferring funds, deeds, and other legal papers in accordance with agreements made between buyers and sellers for my own clients.
My most important and on going long term goal is to be the best mother I can to my wonderful daughter. I strive to always set the best example I can for her in hopes of always giving her the best opportunities at being a kind, caring and respectful person. I want to always give her the means to experience life to its fullest. Like I always tell her, “You work hard, you play hard!” I will work on being patient and more understanding with her, I know she is still learning and with that process comes bumps in the road and mistakes.
Furthermore, my personal goals transcend beyond the boundaries of facts and details. I have the earnest desire to become the most developed, mature, and versatile person that is

My Short Term goal should be a simple goal, not only that it would benefit me in the present but also in the long term so aiming to complete all homework on time would be a start. By doing so I should make a conscious effort to sit down and focus on my assigned tasks and hand them in when they are due. This would also teach me diligence and responsibility skills that are very helpful in high school, higher education, and in the work force. My mid-term goals should be the “stepping stones” to the long term goals. I would start out by completing the requirements for my Long term goal (Career). My long term goal is to be a Microbiologist, an Archaeologist, and also an Astrologist. By working towards these goals, I would take a lot of Biology Classes, Chemistry and Physical Science classes and other science classes that will benefit my career choices. I also have other long term goals that have been my dream to accomplish, a singer and a composer for music. By doing so, I have taken a lot of music classes and have already wrote a music piece. Later on I will share my music with others and hopefully become recognized by my talents. If all else fails, I would also shoot for becoming a Vehicle and Mechanic technician for the Air Force. This will give me a greater opportunity to get a good career. Knowing I will be in the Military and I will get many Scholarships. I would get many job offers if I become a mechanic technician. My Future may look complicated but it won’t happen unless I put effort during my high school year and up to my college years. There are many things I want to be but I can only have one career. So My short term and mid-term goal is to do my best and do well in all my classes to achieve my goals, better yet, My dreams.…
