Go solar
Power is a major issue in all of the villages where electricity is still a far away wish. Once the sun falls the whole area is actually covered in darkness except for kerosene lamps or the likes of it. Harnessing solar energy in order to satisfy our energy needs can be a practical and environmentally friendly method to burning precious fuel. Solar power companies can easily help us do this with their knowledge and experience in this field. Except for the initial cost of the accessories, solar energy is free and does not leave any residue or waste afterwards. Most places in the modern world have sunshine all through the year and it offers a brilliant and cheap solution for people who still do don’t you have electricity. Solar water *** pumps, lamps, water heaters, mobile chargers, street lights and flash lights are just some of the solar powered items available.

A Natural Method to obtain Energy

Solar technology is the most natural method to obtain energy and offers a solution for all our power needs whether it is harnessed and converted to usable options energy. Solar collectors try this by converting the heat manufactured by the sun to heat water. The hot water is used as it is within solar powered water heaters. The steam produced can be used to turn a turbine that consequently produces electricity. Solar water pumps also use the same principle and are extremely effective in villages that cultivate food. The only disadvantage is that the initial set up cost is high nevertheless future benefits far outweigh the charges.

An Alternate Source of Energy

You will still are not living in the village and doing farming, solar power can use as an alternate power solution. The advantages linked to this are many. Energy costs may be cut down, the pollution caused from burning coal and other fuels is reduced and it gives you the satisfaction to do something for this this planet. Solar collectors, water heaters, lamps, flash lights and telephone chargers are all products that can be used even if you are now living an independent house and also apartment.

Advantages of solar power are many. Although solar power is an energy source that we have only recently tapped into, it may easily become the most important energy source of the future.

Solar power is a renewable and natural resource.
Solar power is non-polluting. Unlike oil, solar power does not emit greenhouse gases or carcinogens into the air.
Light and energy from the sun costs nothing. Once you purchase the equipment to collect and convert energy from the sun, it costs you nothing to run.
Solar cells require little maintenance.
Solar cells can last a lifetime.

Availability of fossil fuels is a considerable factor when dealing with various energy sources. Coal is non-renewable and it is estimated that at least 40% of the world’s electricity comes from coal, and in 2005 Coal power produced 49.7% of the United State’s electricity supply. The consumption of coal is expected to increase 71% between 2004 and 2030, highly motivated by developing countries that use coal to generate about 75% of their power. There are limited stocks of coal remaining, they will be entirely depleted this millennium if we continue to burn coal in the future at the same rate we are today. Solar energy, on the other hand requires the use of the sun which is renewable and will potentially never run out regardless of how much it is used. Therefore, solar energy seems to be the better choice.…

Despite what any individual’s concerns are regarding energy, it has been generally accepted that the finite source generating the majority of our electricity is depleting at alarming rates. We need to find alternative sources for energy production. The most obvious and abundant source available is the sun. Advances in technology have enabled us to harvest the solar radiation which has been conducting the cycle of life for millions of years. There are two main categories when it comes to solar power, passive and active. The passive solar systems integrate the sun’s energy to heat living spaces and/or water in a building. These system are very simple consisting few moving parts, require negligible maintenance and no mechanical components (Passive Solar Design). Passive…

Abstract – In this edge most of the countries are facing energy related problem therefore researchers are now try to find such a system which should not create any environment issues. In nature there is various non-conventional resources use for the generation of electricity such as water, sunlight, geothermal energy. But there is disadvantage of solar energy is that we can’t generate power using solar energy in rainy season and in night time.…

User satisfaction plays a key role in expanding the use of SHS in the long run. In rural areas the main factor that must be given importance is the awareness among people about how using SHS can improve their living standards and how much it can contribute to the environment. The programs associated with SHS should be financially viable and affordable to the rural people so that they can manage to operate, install and maintain the panels when ever required. Technical training should be given to the local people so that minor technical difficulties such as adding water to the batteries, replacing fuses and changing bulbs can be solved by themselves. This will reduce technician calls and reduce liability plus it will make the project sustainable. Different options for solar systems should be available so that the people can chose according to their financial ability. Mechanical parts or accessories of solar systems should be available locally so that the people can buy them whenever required. The best way to make solar energy popular among people is to provide demonstration because this will generate interest and demand among the communities. In addition local ownership along with collective and individual ownership is highly recommended for promoting solar panels in rural areas. Anything that competes with the use of solar energy such as the price of kerosene etc should be checked and monitored by the government. Education and participation of women in various…

coal are large and environmentally unfriendly. Thus, because they bear the limitations that they rely on non-renewable energy sources. Many developing countries cannot afford these conventional energy sources, and in some of these locations nuclear power is considered a threat or more or less an unacceptable risk. The need for an environmentally friendly and cost effective electricity generating scheme is invariably obvious and would be more alarming in the nearest future. A proven remedy to the ever-increasing energy production problem is Solar Energy. It is inexhaustible and abundant renewable source of energy that only needs to be harnessed to be utilized by man. Solar power plants in use in the world are modelled to transform solar irradiation into electrical energy through any one of a number of cycles or natural phenomenon. A number of solar power plants have the ability to encase or store sufficient energy during the day in order that, it can be used at night when there is no sunlight. However, the practical viability of these storage capacities is seemingly too high. Solar energy is a renewable and clean energy resource, which produces neither greenhouse effect gases nor hazardous wastes through its utilization. Of many techniques utilizing solar energy, solar power generation seems to be one of the most attractive.…

Firstly, we can use solar energy to supplies our daily life. Solar energy comes from an average star- the sun. It provides enough energy in one minute to supply the world 's energy needs for one year. It can use for solar process space heating and cooling system. Solar process space heating system will provide large quantities of hot water for household uses. Besides that, the solar energy also can use for cooling system that combined with some very complex chemistry tricks to create the cool air. The solar energy also can be used for photovoltaic systems. It uses solar panels to convert sunlight into heat, applies it to a steam generator and then converted it into electricity in order to warm the buildings, heating the water and generating electricity for community use.…
