The company
GMA Network, Inc. is a Filipino media conglomerate based in Diliman, Quezon City, Philippines. It is primary involved in radio and television broadcasting, with subsidiaries dealing in various media related businesses. The majority of its profits are derived from publicity and marketing incomes associated to television distribution. The company has 47 VHF and 13 UHF television stations, including its flagship station in Metropolitan Manila and originating stations in the provinces that broadcast the programs of its flagship GMA Network. It also operates three international channels (GMA Pinoy TV, GMA Life TV and GMA News TV International) and, a local news and lifestyle oriented television network (GMA News TV) in the Philippines.
