Globalization in general a term used to define growth of nation's culture, economy or trade into a global scale. "Globalization is a process that encompasses the causes, course, and consequences of transnational and trans-cultural integration of human and non-human activities" (Al-Rodhan & Stoudmann, 2006, p. 2). It doesn’t have any specific time period about begging and specific area. Globalization has existed since ancient time when the Viking or Roman were conquering the world and spreading their territory. Another example of ancient economic globalization is the Silk Road which connected Asia, Africa, and Europe. Globalization has different form and has covered vast area of human life. Among all the aspects of globalization, some aspects like business, economic, social, and immigration has greater impact. Global business is one of the major factors that determine a nation’s success. Along with innovation of new technology and improved transportations system, global business has grown in much larger scale. With the improvement of the internet and means of communications, global trade has become more convenient. Along with trades, technology, productions globalization has helped local business to grow worldwide. "Businesses generally argue that survival in the new global marketplace requires companies to source goods, services, labor and materials overseas to continuously upgrade their products and technology in order to survive increased competition"(Hitt, Laszlo, Miller & Brian, 2006). Companies like McDonald's, Toyota, Sony, and BP has successfully spread their business globally. It is not limited to a growth of a company but it is beneficial for entire nation. For example, India and China are two of the major countries which are booming along new technology and smart management.
