An Inconvenient Truth is a documentary about global warming.   This video is very educational on the aspects of some of the causes of global warming.   It is a good thing to show to students so they will be better educated on the facts that he acknowledges.   It may not necessarily have to be a standard but yes it should be played in science classes.   Al Gore has very organized facts that are backed up by educational, scientific facts and studies.   The video has had a lot of criticism about if it is just his opinion or fact.   The truth is that in order to fix this global warming effect we must first know what it is and by that we can first watch the video and see what he has to say on it.   Also we must know how it is harmful to the people on the planet and the universe and if it is taught in schools will this help students understand what is going on in the world.
An Inconvenient Truth   shows how climate change presents the greatest challenge and the grandest opportunity facing the earth.   Exaggerated? No, not according to Gore, who “used to be the next President of the United States,” as he breaks the emotional and opinionated ice at the start of the fast paced film.   This is not an exaggerated subject.   Even though many people do not wish to talk about the subject or teach it in schools.   It is a very important subject to our life in the future.
      The biggest question is should it be taught or watched in school and if it covers the high school state and federal science curriculum.   There are over thirty different types of science that are either federal or state requirements in the US.   For example there is physical, earth space, astronomy and many others.   Physical Science is a course which most students would take their first year or second.   It covers the natural sciences and non-living systems.   This is a course that is providing students with a basic...
