6 degrees that could change the world.6 degrees could change the world Global warming is the rise in the average temperature of Earth's atmosphere and oceans since the late 19th century and its projected continuation. Since the early 20th century, Earth's mean surface temperature has increased by about 0.8 °C (1.4 °F), with about two-thirds of the increase occurring since 1980.[2] Warming of the climate system is unequivocal, and scientists are more than 90% certain that it is primarily caused by increasing concentrations of greenhouse gases produced by human activities such as the burning of fossil fuels and deforestation. These findings are recognized by the national science academies of all major industrialized nations. This documentary talks about what would happen if more grades increase of atmospheric temperature, said that would happen if the temperature rise of 1 degree to 6 and the reality is that it would be a disaster, we are hurting ourselves, hurting our environment and also to our future generations if we do not care because we have soon, we will not leave anything for them. With 6 degrees over the world would be a disaster but today twentieth century since we already risen 0.8 degrees and is expected to 4 degrees in 50 years and this is very alarming because it is our planet we are hurting. There are several scientific research in the documentary showing what would happen if they increased these degrees, are these: • 1 degree ...
