Emerging power of Media has given new dimensions to statecraft, emanating from developments taking place in IT. This revolution is led by the ongoing rapid evolution of satellite communication, microprocessors and associated advancements in IT. These new technologies have also revolutionized the way nations compete, especially considering the increased reliance on effecting Hearts and Minds and waging the war of perception with soft power.
