Problem Solution: Global Communications
      Global Communication is one of the major companies in the telecommunications industry, but in recent years its stock as depreciated. The advancement of technology has cause a major setback for the company. A major cause of their stock depreciating is competition. Global Communications must find a way to compete in the local, long distance international markets. The senior managers of Global Communications have devised a plan to outsource their services in order to be competitive. The goal is for Global Communications is to become a profitable company within the industry. “With the businesses of today facing shortened product lifecycles, organizations are facing intense competitive pressures to build market share to stay ahead of rivals. Process changes, the introduction of new and improved disruptive technologies are forcing companies to adapt new business goals and objectives in shortened timeframes. This places corresponding stresses on all levels of the organization. As business units are forced to respond to top level management goals, flexibility has become a modern day requirement”.

Issue and Opportunity Identification
      Telecommunications is a fast growing industry. As technology advances so must the companies within the industry.   Companies must find a way to stay ahead of their competition whether its offers package deals that includes: land line and cell phones, internet, cable or find ways there company can utilize all market trends.   Global Communications must implement a strategic plan which incorporates how the company will become a competitive leader in the industry.   “The organizational decision making process involves proper and efficient implementation of strategic plans and methods to achieve desired business objective”.
