Complete the Team Building Worksheet by answering the following questions in 200 to 300 words each.

1. Describe team members’ results on the Discovery Wheel and Develop your multiple intelligences exercises. What similarities and differences exist within the team?

2. What are the advantages of having diversity on a team? What challenges might the team face because of diversity?

3. How might factors such as diversity, attitude, learning, and work styles affect team building?

Attitude initially is comparative to first impressions because generally, they last. Going into new activities with a positive manner and open mind always gives you the upper hand because you are not anticipating the outcome. Therefore, positive attitudes in new learning environments are a plus; since your attitude towards your work will affect your group. A team who utilizes the SWOT method should be able to effectively work together to use their attributes as well as increase in areas that needs improvement. Sometimes diversity and background differentially can play a key role in a group as a learning experience because, different work styles as well as techniques would take place when conducting group activities. Factors such as these are not only a great opportunity no matter the turn out for the group but it’s the collaboration and experience is what counts.

4. What is the benefit to team collaboration of understanding your ethical perspective?

The benefit to individual ethical perspective is very imperative to group work when it comes two things.
