There are so many differences and so many similarities you can’t really tell the difference between the two. This limits the amount of food you take in to help you stay fuller longer. Gastric bypass and gastric band you’re your fat supply for energy and helps stop storing excess calories. Gastric bypass and gastric band have different facts when it comes to the procedure. Gastric bypass and gastric band either use open surgery or laparoscopic surgery.
