CEO Ricardo Bellini   Recently entered into agreements with several hotels to manage their establishments and execute diverse projects.

Most of these projects fall under the core business including:
Managing a popular entertainment center
Setting up 3 bars
Operating several restaurants in Washington DC, New Jersey, Richmond

Some of these projects though, such as the ones with the two hotel chains do not fit in with their strategic objectives for the company.

Ricardo wants to establish a Project Selection Committee to determine what projects the company should consider.

This committee is expected to choose projects that align with strategic objectives

Company is currently evaluating 5 proposals and needs to select only 1 and identify a sub contractor for parts of the execution.

Galleria might be a good proposal since Ricardo already is convinced of the idea and it maps well with the Entertainment Hospitality business.   But a profit sharing and outsourcing   plan would need to be created.

Braithewright Greens promises good returns and substantial increase in corporate clientele. But Ricardo does not like part-owned projects

Friars Nest promises high returns but is not a focus area for you

Templars Towers is only peripherally connected with corporate entertainment so it may not be the best way to start in a new area.
