Change is a necessary component to the progression of people. The French Revolution is a change that had a lasting impact on the world. There were many causes and effects of the French Revolution. Some of these causes and effects were storming of the Bastille, wasteful spending, unfair government and taxes region of terror and rise of Napoleon. There were also many impact of the French Revolution such as congress of vena, influence of the Latin American Revolution.

There were many reasons to the French Revolution, wasteful spending, unfair government, and high taxes are three major roles that contributed to the revolution of the people. The government who increased public spending in taxes and other goods that the poor French people needed for everyday life were all increased. This was a way to buy the countries way out of debt. The government was unfair to the people. Middle class paid high taxes were upper class did not have to. The tax structure and laws were unfair and to high for lower classes to pay and they suffered.

There were many effects the led up to the French Revolution the three most important were, Storming of the Bastille, region of terror, and Napoleon. Storming of the Bastille was a jail containing only seven criminals at the time of the revolution. This all began on July 14 1789. The public fought back against the French army. The mob of people stole over 28,000 riffles but did not have any gun powder the people knew that this was all stored in the Bastille so they also attacked there as well. Region of terror was not to far from the Storming of the Bastille this caused a lot of problems for not only the government but people as well. The region of terror was on September 5 1793 and ended on July 28 1794. It was a period of violence that occurred after the brutal events of the French Revolution.
