The French revolution of 1789 was indeed a huge step for the French when they drove Louis XVI out of power and then chopped his head off. They felt like they had a done   a good   achievement, but many people had ideas and there was still a lot of trouble and blood to come. This could be   blamed on the government   system but in the end it did do a good job to its country.   Liberty is The condition of being free from restriction or control which means no one has the right to hold one back. Equality is The condition or quality of being equal, which means that everyone should be treated the same and no one is better or worse than someone else. Finally Brotherhood or Fraternity means An association of men, such as a fraternity or union, united for common purposes, which is   a group of people who unite together which the same purposes.   Therefore they did succeeded and got Liberty, Equality and Brotherhood   in France.    
One of the ideas of the French revolution was to get equality for all the people not matter there estate or background. In the long term they did in fact reach equality but it was after years of blood and corruption. The definition for equality The condition or quality of being equal. Like I stated before this is was not seen in the first few years   of the Revolutions but once the stone got rolling it was unstoppable. Even it was stated in the declaration of the rights of man that men are born and remain equal in rights people were being treated like slaves when the ever even thought of bringing back the monarchy or worse even put to death via the guillotine and this is so far from the aspect of equality it is not even funny. People didn’t trust their neighbors hated all who didn’t believe in their values and put all down who had opposing ideas.
