Organisational Study Organisational Study is the systematic study and careful application of knowledge about how people as individuals and as groups-act within Organisation. An Organisational Study encompasses the study of organisations from multiple viewpoints method, and level of analysis. Whenever people interact in organisation many factors come into play. Modern organisational studies attempt to understand and model these factors. This Organisational Study was done as partial fulfilment of the requirement for the Award of Master of Business Administration (MBA).The chief objective of the study is to understand the working of various department functions during a particular period and the concept of organisation. It also enables students to explore issues and problems in an organisational setting. It provides the students the opportunity to know observe, learn,

1.3 Significance of the study
There are many factors, which lead to the organisation to success. Hence the study was mainly focused on the functioning of each department of the organization giving emphasize to its working. The scope of the study covers all the functional areas of each department . This study was useful in assessing the quality and performance of the organisation. This study would help the management to identify the strengths, weakness opportunities and threats of the organisation and also in finding out areas where the organization should improve.
The study is of descriptive type undertaken by personal visits to the firm. Relevant information for the study was obtained through observation and both primary and secondary sources. Those various methods helped me to gather and compile information from various sources. o Observation By observing the general surrounding, the functional process, interactions of employees etc. Divisions and Sections within different Departments of the Board were visited.
