Fight for something or fight for goals it is one sides of human nature. It is historical aspect, because all our past built on action which gives to us chance for growing up. So we fight for future or for the rights to have the future. People developed rules for reasons to have rights, and rules help to establish the brink of human rights. Right is the basic regulator of social relations; system of mandatory, formally defined, guaranteed by the state rules of conduct governing public relations. Humanity can not live without rights, because only right gives to us power and the same way make of us weakness. Society always wanted and still continue struggle for the right, for having good, honest, equal and dignity democracy life. It is the way why the world has important collocation like a “Human Rights”. Human rights are important and inseparable foundation for every democracy state. Human right is also the basic construction of law (constitution, legislative act, code, normative act e.t.c.) in every democracy state. In legal doctrine human rights are generally divided into personal, political, socio-economic and cultural rights. But among scientists there are still disagreements on the classification of human rights. Human rights can also be divided into three classifications: 1) personal and political; 2) social and economic; 3) cultural and collective rights. One of the most popular classifications of human rights: 1) personal; 2) political; 3) social; 4) economic; 5) cultural; 6) environmental. Everyone of them include a certain quantity of rights. Important concerns of this essay are the division of political-civil rights. Civil rights include the warranty from law physical and mental integrity, life and life with safety; protection from discrimination such as: race, gender, national origin, color of skin, religion, sexual orientation, ethnicity or disability and also individual rights such as privacy, the freedoms of thought and conscience, speech and expression, religion, the press, assembly and movement. For this essay the description of the right as freedom of speech is significant point. Freedom of speech is the human right to freely express their thoughts and ideas which includes freedom of expression, both orally and in writing. Freedom of speech is very substantial right for humanity, and essential indicator scale of states' democratization. It proved Greek statesman and orator Demosthenes, who said not to give to mankind the right to speak freely, or restrict this freedom is the greatest calamity. Another ancient scholar, the Roman historian Tacitus talked about Emperor Trajan and praised for happy times, when everyone could say about their ideas and ways of thinking (Micheline, 2008). So we can understand that freedom of speech is very important element of human rights. Human Rights include a variety of elements and structures that originate from social freedom. Each element or each classification of human rights lives in idyll and complements each other. But like in every social and also legal phenomenon between elements of classification human rights sometimes occurs controversy and conflicts which help to understand the essence each of them. Conflict is an inevitable phenomenon that requires a special approach. Important right like Freedom of speech helps to promote other human rights giving them a boost, despite of that freedom of speech makes big push to conflicts between other human rights and easily find itself at odds with other civil liberties and rights.
