“When you think everything is someone else’s fault, you will suffer a lot. When you realize that everything springs only from yourself, you will learn both peace and joy.”

■ His Holiness the 14th DALAI LAMA

This quote or statement is based on the lives of each one of us.
This is based on what we do in our long life journey.
We all do mistakes, some make inexcusable errors transceiver and some make mistakes that are forgotten very quickly, but where is the significance of these mistakes: in what we learn from them or in what we forget from them.
Based on my personal life, I think we all are human beings without distinction of religion, gender and race.
In this century, no one can force anyone to do something against their will, except in those cases when violence is used.
People of every age suffer…
People suffer for so many different things, people suffer for wealth, some people suffer from drugs, alcohol, some people suffer from love and some people suffer for knowledge, but if they fail in these things, it’s not anyone’s fault except the person who could not realize or have what the person wanted, so we cannot blame the others for what we couldn’t achieve.
If we believe that we can have everything we want then we are halfway there but if we don’t have confidence in ourselves then we won’t be able to do and get what we want, so life brings us different surprises.
Life challenges us in our weakest points but we have the strength of our soul that makes us to push life forward.
To learn and make questions to yourself isn’t easy.

To make a decision and to sacrifice for someone , you need time.
The only way to solve these problems is to advise them and make them happy, to say everything you feel , so they won’t be disappointed, they will feel the pleasure of life, but from another view/outlook in the end , we are the ones that will suffer…
This is life.Life is not always about the good things because then life would be perfect and everyone

For my inspiring character I have chosen Chris Kyle the American Sniper. Chris was a navy seal and had finished four full tours in the Iraq war; he had 160 confirmed kills and is known to be the deadliest sniper in U.S history. During those tours he had to deal with racism, hatred, and a people that were too afraid to tell them if their whole platoon was going to walk into a building where they would be killed or if they were driving down a road with I.E.D’s. He had made this world a better place by taking down key targets in the Iraq war and even started his own squad of elite soldiers to hunt down the men responsible for the rebellion and a sniper that American soldiers feared and on top of it all he had a family to raise. He played a crucial role in the Iraq war and really fought hard…

“Adversity has the effect of eliciting talents which in prosperous circumstances would have lain dormant.” What the Roman poet Horace was saying was that when there is an obstacle in our way, our true colors will radiate. I could not agree more. When we as human beings feel passionate about achieving a goal, we may learn something new of ourselves, maybe a new trait that we did not know we possessed, when we reach new heights we did not know we could push ourselves towards. Challenges are similar to tests. Challenges are faced every day, but how we respond to them determines how strong we really are. Prime examples are superheroes and students that move dramatically.…

This quote reflects the attitude that the Buddha believes is necessary to deal with suffering. First we must recognise that suffering exists, but that it is not a part of us. By saying “I suffer” rather than “There is suffering” we separate the suffering from ourselves and make it a collective thing that each person and creature has a part of. We are not the only one who suffers and this fact helps us to let go of our suffering in awareness of others worse off than ourselves.…

John Pokinghorne said "I can perceive another person as an aggregation of atoms, an open biochemical system in interaction with the environment, a specimen of homo sapiens, an object of beauty, someone who needs deserve my respect and compassion, a brother for whom Christ died. Myers believes Christians must appreciate the essential role of science in nuturing curiosity and humility. This will put a wrongheaded notion about existence to an empirical test. The levels-of-explanation view believes humans are best understood in terms of hierarchy of levels or disciplines of relative complexity that should not be confused. Life is about finding the right opportunities and taking them opportunities, ideas, thoughts, projects, without being afraid of failure and turning them into success, both in a big and small scale. Everyday opportunities arise leading you to be successful or unsuccessful and in the end it’s what you do with these opportunities. Some of these opportunities are small; doing homework, going to work, interacting with new people, while other opportunities are much bigger; having 18,000 boxes of wine, investing money in a new business, buying real-estate, ect.…

Adversity is either chosen or brought upon someone; either way, the obstacle is either overcome or not. No matter wealth, age, or location, all people face adversity for it is synonymous with life. Life is the struggle for survival and success and order, while adversity is the representation of disorder and failure. Without either, it would be impossible to differentiate one’s achievements from one’s failures. Overcoming adversity is the basis of all great, successful people similarly to how concrete and steel is the foundation of all astonishing architectural structures.…

Australia is a lucky country. It is a rich western democracy where its people enjoy wealth, health and freedom. On the surface it may appear so, and compared to other countries, we live in a country that we believe is free but how do we define freedom? The definition of freedom is “The power or right to act, speak, or think as one wants” (Oxforddictionariescom, 2016). Australians have lots of rights. However on contemplation and reflection, it appears we are not as free as we believe to be. Society has a particular expectation of how people are portrayed. It believes we are meant to look and behave in a certain way. Someone who doesn't live up to these expectations can be shunned by society. A person suffering from mental illness, disability or a problem with…

Define & Justify: The area which I have chosen to study is the topic of Unity Mitford, 1914-1948. in my study I will pay specific attention to Unity and her abiding search for Hitler during this time period. I felt this was a very underdone topic which deserved a lot more gratitude than what it was getting. Although this all happened before my time period i still found it extremely interesting, my curiously into Hitler came from studying him as part of my research topic so i knew from the beginning of my topic that i wanted Hitler to be the prime focus of my study. When i came across Unity’s story i was instantly curios to find out more on it.…

I’ve heard countless people say life is hard, life is unfair, life is this or life is that. But the fact of the matter is life is all of those things and it’s also none of them. Life just is. What life seems to be is completely relative to the person having the experience. And the reason that’s such a great thing is because that means whatever life is to you right now can be changed for the better.…

We are the causes of our own suffering. I have always believed in this saying. It really embodies the reasons behind why one would be happy or unhappy. Although our moods are swayed by our thoughts, they are also affected by the people around us. This is a feeling that requires a desire for it, or a want to be optimistic. If happiness is achieved, there is not only a positive effect on the human mind, but also on the health of the person. I believe that all moods are contagious. And furthermore, they are contagious through energy- positive or negative.…
