Dear Mr.Smith,
I am writing to you to express my concerns about the Light hotel. I recently took a short weekend break. I stayed there from Friday to Monday. Unfortunately, I have discovered a number of problems with my room and the cleaning service. Actually, I am very disappointed. The first and most serious problem was the fact that the windows in the bedroom did not shut properly, so the room was extremely draughty. After the weekend I got cold. I am also concerned about the fact that the springs in the mattress were coming out, which meant that I could not sleep properly and the next day I got horrible back pain. A further source of irritation was that in about my breakfast service. I ordered coffee with milk and strictly said without sugar, because I have diabetes. They made it with sugar. In addition, my bed had not made and the cleaning staff had not visited. As you would appreciate, these problems have caused me a great deal of inconvenience and distress. While I do understand that low staff can cause issues, I did pay full service. Therefore, since my room was not cleaned and repaired, I would like a partial refund. If I do not hear from you within the next five days, I shall be forced to contact the claim office. I would therefore be grateful if you could contact me on the above telephone number as a matter of urgency, and let me know how you propose to resolve these problem.
