FLOW CHART (30 Minute ESR Analyzer)
With 5V 3A Main Board & Power Adaptor

“---” indicates that the Analyzer is ready for analysis. At this point, place the Vacuum ESR Tube into any of the reading chambers

“RUN” is displayed (within 15 sec) in the respective Chamber of the tube Do not insert fresh tests into the analyzer while a scan during a test is underway (scan in progress can be identified as a sound from the motor which can be heard).

If the test specimen volume is lower than acceptable range, the analyzer displays “ERL” (Level Error)

At the end of 30 minutes, ESR reading is displayed on the LCD screen (eg. 18 mm/hr), if printer is connected, results may be simultaneously obtained in the printout.

NOTE: (5V3A) Analyzer can be interfaced to the Stylus Printer through the LPT port and it can be also interfaced to the PC through the RS232 port with Data Management Software (DMS)

NOTE: For OEM Customers, a brand name can be printed in single color on the front cabinet at any one position and the software will remain in the generic format as per this flow chart. This flowchart is not a substitute for the Operator’s Manual.
