Flat or House
I would like to speak about what is better to live in a flat or in a house ? Comparing living in a flat or a house is difficult. Someone says that living in a house is better than in a flat and someone the opposite. An I think that living in house is much better than living in flat.

Fistly, I would like to speak about living in a flat. Speaking about positives aspects about living in a flat I should say that people who‘s doesn’t like working in garden or just being quiet and alone there really should choose to live in a flat as you don’t have any problems about that.
But living in a flat there is and negative aspects. I live in a flat. The flats are often smaller than houses. In flats there usually isn't so much place as in a house. If a family has more children, the children must live in one room together. In most cases, people living in flats don't have any gardens or cottages, only a garage. The main advantage of living in a flat is that flats aren't so expensive and usually are situated in a town, where everything is near and handy.

Secondly, I would like to speak about living in house. Living in houses has many advantages too. There are more places for living. Every member of the family can have his or her room. A house usually has more rooms. In a house can be a big kitchen with larder, a workroom, a fitness room, more bedrooms, toilets and bathrooms and of course an attic. There can be spare rooms for guests and visitors too. In the house, there can be a cellar, where to store the vegetables and fruits from a garden. Next to a house, there is usually a big or small garden, where children can play and they don't play on the street, where there is a traffic. For example, you can also keep pets there on a garden. Family can work in a garden, relax, or do various parties. Houses usually have garages. It's very good place for men's hobbies.
Speaking about negatives aspects I should say that living in hause is very expensive and it is require a lot of

Buying and renting both provide some autonomy. A buyer or renter can decide where they want to live, what amenities are needed, and what design works best for them within their budget. They get to live self-sufficiently and make every decision on what goes into their home for themselves. If they are feeling exceptionally rebellious, they can even stay up late and watch football games with surround sound without having to be considerate of someone else in the other room. Both buyers and renters get to decide how to decorate and what personal touches to add to turn a space into a home.…

These perceptions have different psychological effects on each person. It has been proven that the lack of space can have true negative effects. Violent and aggressive behaviors, poor interaction within the community and poor performance within the schools are evident when urban environments have limited space (Clayton & Myers, 2008). Depended on how people interpret noise it can be a great annoyance and increase anxiety and stress levels. It will determine their answer to rent an apartment or to buy a house. To discover compare and contrast, I will draw some overlapping circles; there is one circle for each item I will consider. The central area where they overlap, I will list the characteristics of renting an apartment and buying a house that are similar. Then I will assign each one of the subjects that do not overlap; in these areas, I can list the characteristics that make renting an apartment and buying a house different. Example: Left side of the circle is the renting an apartment comparison. It lists fewer utilities and flexibility. The center part of the circles lists the similarities of both…

Living at home can benefit an individual as it helps to promote independence. Promoting independence is important as it means that they are more willing to help themselves if they are able to. Also if they are able to become more independent, they are more likely to become more confident, which means they may be able to do more things for themselves, therefore making them more independent, which therefore benefits the individual as they are in a positive atmosphere. Another reason why living at home can benefit an individual is that they may have more time spent with loved ones and are more likely to get visits from friends and family. This is important as it keeps that sense of “normality”. If the individual was in a care/residential home, they may not get as many visitors as the family/friends may be busy during the visiting hours. Another factor is that the individual is able to maintain a little more control over daily routine, which is important as this leaves the individual feeling cared for and listened to. Also the individuals are surrounded by their own possessions with fond memories which make them feel more secure. Also it makes them feel more relaxed about having care in their own home as they are not being put in an unusual environment.…

Renting requires a lot less effort due to the fact you won't be there for a long period. You do have a landlord, but the landlord is usually responsible for all repairs. Also a good thing is that you have the choice to move when you want. You don't have to worry about a thirty-year mortgage that you will have to pay. When renting, you usually can not have pets. Also you are subject to the landlord increasing the rent when they like. As soon as your contract is up they can up the rates, and there is nothing you can do because you don't own the property. The most important thing is that you have the mobility to move when you like.…

By comparing life between living on a farm and living in the city, there are many differences and similarities between the two. Each of these places both has something special and unique about them. The choice for a living place is very individual and depends on one’s personal values. Personally I prefer the farm life, while others might choose to live in the city because they enjoy a much more busy and social living style. The factors that one must consider before choosing between the two are environments, lifestyles, and family values.…
